A 45-Day Window To Decide
From the day your order arrives, you have 45 days to return it for a complete refund, no reason required. Wearing it daily, taking it for a swim, running it through countless workouts — none of that changes anything, since the guarantee applies regardless.
The Return Process, Step By Step
- Contact our support team through the Hume Health app or the email on your order confirmation, letting them know you'd like to return your purchase.
- A prepaid shipping label should reach your inbox within 1 business day.
- Pack the wristband, strap, and charging cable into any available box — the original packaging isn't required.
- Drop the package off at a carrier location using the label provided.
- Once your return is received and reviewed, the refund posts to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
What Gets Refunded
The full price you paid for the device. Purchased the optional 10-Year Warranty add-on when you ordered? That refunds too if you're returning the wristband itself, since there's nothing left for it to cover on its own.
Return Shipping Costs
We handle it entirely. The prepaid label costs you nothing for returns made within the 45-day window, as long as the order came directly from humband.org.
A Few Details Worth Noting
- This guarantee applies specifically to orders placed at humband.org. Went through a third-party seller instead? Their return process is what applies, since we can't extend matching terms there.
- Refunds return to whichever payment method was used at checkout — we're unable to send funds to a different card or account.
- A unit returned after the 45-day window closes might still qualify for warranty repair or replacement (covered further below).
Making A Warranty Claim
Every Hume Band comes with a 1-year hardware warranty covering genuine manufacturing issues — sensor faults, charging trouble, or strap failures under regular use. Added the optional 10-Year Warranty when you purchased? That coverage runs the full decade from your original purchase date.
To submit a claim, contact support with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Most hardware problems get resolved through a free replacement unit shipped your way.
Trading For A Different Fit
Prefer a different strap size or color instead of a refund? Mention that when reaching out to support — a direct exchange is usually simpler than a full return and reorder.
